How long does it usually take to see results from c02 injection, and what am I looking for? what is pearling?

If you have ample light and ferts. You can notice CO2 in a day or two. My wisteria and dwarf hairgrass turns a lighter shade of green. I am not sure if it is because of new growth or what.
With DIY co2 you will usually be able to look at your plants and see when it is time to change your yeast mixture. A good indication is how much your plants "pearl". Pearling to my knowledge is when the lighting, co2 and fertilizers are in balance and the plants produce oxygen, usually underneath the leaves in little bubbles or you may notice streams of bubbles coming off of a plant.

I have 4 watts per gallon of light, Flourish Tabs in gravel, and liquid fertalizer in water. Hope it all goes good
