dont want to build one if someone has one they are getting rid of post or pm if you have one laying around or would be willign to build one

There is no building involved. Punch a hole in a two litre lid and shove some tubing through.

then yeast, sugar, baking soda as the mixture but the end going in the tank how do I diffuse the co2 i have a hob filter if that makes a diffrence

I just take two cups of sugar dump it in the bottle add two teaspoons of yeast, mix with warm water and shake. With a HOB you are better off diffusing through a power head or a ladder.

I have the Hagen Natural Co2 system if you are interested... I can also just sell you the ladder..
