Does anyone have any ideas for easy DIY decorations? the only ones that i've heard of are the pvc pipe + gravel and the coconut hut. i'm in the process of setting up my tank and was interested in something a bit different.

as long as its fish safe its kind of limitless. terracotta pots... saw a tank that made caves and such with egg creates slate
also, my tank is only 36 gallons, so i'm kinda limited for size. I know there are lots of options, but you're talking to someone with little imagination

just start looking at the world as can i use that in my tank and how would i use it. there are so many things you can buy that you can use in the tank.
If the tank is for your cat-frog, perhaps a scratching pole with its top that is slightly emerged so he can rest out of the water.
Slate!I pull it out of my yard all the time.I guess if you have a walkway made of it you just can't rip slabs out
