DIY Plastic Soda Bottle External Vortex CO2 Reactor

A couple things:
Turns out the chamber isn't as big as I thought it would be with the 2 litre, so I'm fairly certain a 1 litre version wouldn't work. I'm not ruling it out, but there's probably no need to venture there.
The return has been changed to a 1/2" pvc pipe through the bottle opening pushed to about 3/4" from the chamber top. A piece of pvc pipe will go over the 1/2" pipe and have a pvc cap glued to it. I'm still playing with the size, so I'll give exact measurements when I'm done. The water will be forced to go under the exterior pipe and then down the 1/2" pipe providing no escape for the co2 bubbles.
The powerhead port into the chamber is giving me a little trouble as the whole design had to be reworked because of the reduced expected size of the chamber.
I'm also trying to keep this as low-tech as possible, so that anyone can make it.
