Water - 3 parts (not too warm)
Sugar - 1 part, dissolve sugar, then add
Yeast - enough to get started (I'm still working on starting ratio effects).
By using 3:1 water:sugar, the EtOH level gets to dangerous levels just as the yeast runs out of sugar.
Using bigger jugs & same ratios = more CO2, not more time (I'm pretty sure).
