DIY Sponge Filter?

Me getting UGF = :wall:
So I started looking around for an easy way to make a DIY sponge filter. They work better and are easier but... sooo ugly! And I need something small... any ideas for an easy, cheap one that doesn't take up too much room?

I have an air pump and airstone, airline tubing and a thick tube from the UGF.

I think you just need to shop the different styles until you find one the size you need and then use decor to hide it.

I don't see why that wouldn't work. As far as how it looks, that's up to you when you make it.

My tank has basicly two pieces of decor: a tall skinny silk plant and a large piece of fake driftwood with a cave in the center and silk plants stuck to it...
