Diy stand + Rescued tank

Lookin' Great I agree with everyone else ya needed the storage space!

I know , I was thinking of doors in the front of it , but where its located i would only be able to open one of them.Didnt have any hinges around the place , and I wanted to build this and say that it cost me absolutely nothing :) anyways I have loads of room down the side for stuff to go and its hidden out of sight.

install sliders..(aka sliding doors)

Very nice work! Stocking thoughts?

Cool Guys , thanks for all the nice comments. Em I got 4 Pseudotropheus lombardoi for it a few days ago.I plan on getting maybe 4 more , I know ill have to move them into a bigger tank later on tho :) I got loads of mature filter media and around 50% of the tank water off another irish fishkeeper close to me so I didnt have to go through the cycle all over again :)

Heres a pic of the tank now , I got some rocks out of the river thats on my land , I steam washed them in work and boiled them for a while at home. It needs a black background badly. Havent had time yet as im working on getting my fish room up and running. Havent spent a penny so far and here is what ive got.

Just left the tanks up there for now to get them off the ground while im working on some other stuff. I need to put in another shelf over that one , insulate the whole thing and seal against moisture.

I got another tank for free too a few days ago and i got around to cleaning it up and making a DIY powerhead filter out of the UGF system that was in it.

Heres a before and after of that :)
