[/CI recently rescued a small feeder type goldfish a outdoor bucket pond I put him in one of my tanks he is quite small but doing well will he get big or do some feeders only get to around 2 or 3 inches ?OLOR]

IMO, they all get big. If they don't, they are eaten or stunted. If they are stunted, they live a short life as well, compared to what their longevity could be.
Goldfish are heavy bodied members of the carp family. They all have the potential to get big. Even those fancy ones still get well over 6 inches in lneth and very wide around the middle.
