Do Bolivian Rams eat??

I just got bolivian rams on Saturday and I'm cofused about their eating habits!! I've fed them a couple of kinds of flakes as well as the weekly treat of frozen shrimp and bloodworms.

The rams picked at a few things that floated down to them, but never seemed to be very excited feeding time. Typically, I've seen them foraging around later after feeding.

Are rams always this ambivalent about eating? Any suggestions on what they like?

mine go bonkers, he is a little pig and chasings all the other fish away to get the best of the best.

it just depends on its personality.. one of my rams goes for every thing i throw in the tank, and my more recent one is still struggling with the whole feeding, only thing that gets her attention are bloodworms..
Yours might need time to get used to the tank.

I had 2 bolivian rams, currently one (lost one to a "gravel cleaning incident, darn curious fish). I love them but had noticed that one ate really well, the other I never saw eat at all. Both were very happy though. The piggy was obviously larger however. They are a lot of fun but seem to have very different eating habits.
