Do bristlenose pleco eat diatoms?

I have 2 BNs in my 90g and they don't eat them. They do eat algae like crazy which can help improve the look of the tank anyway.

Nope- bristles eat alage but not diatoms. However, otos love em.

I know that, but I think my africans would look at the otos as an expensive snack. beutifull zebra pleco btw twotankamin, those things are beautifull but cost a fortune.
