Do different tetras school together?

I think you would need at least 3 glo lights in case they split up.

I think the Glo lights would be o.k. if you acclimate them super slow, they will get used to it.

JMO, but I think a school of just one species looks better than a mixed bag, no matter how the fish behave.

I agree. A school of 8-12 cardinals looks much better than a mix of different tetras thrown in together. Looks more natural, too.
