Word of caution with the rams - the dutch one's, whilst pretty, are very sensitive to nitrates since they've been so intensely inbreed over the years. The bolivian ones are slightly larger and a whole lot hardier.

Definately get at least one school of 12 tetra's - you will see far better schooling behaviour with this many compared to 6 or so, especially if the Angelfish goes on a mission! 2 angelfish would be OK if your aquascaping is good, blocking lines of sight.

Cories or BN plecs are good - I personally prefer a group of cories, but you don't mention filtration so I'm uncertain about bioload, so may just suggest the BN pleco. Some dwarf cichlids do pick the eyes out of the cories too, but I don't think Rams fall in this category.
