Do you dose Mg with macros or micros?

I realize that it is not in fact a macronutrient, but for some strange reason I have this strong urge to dose it (in the form of epsom salts) on days when I dose macros rather than on micro dosing days. For those of you who dose this, when do you do so?

I dose 'em all on the same day, one after another. KNO3, K2HPO4, KCl, MgSO4, CaCl, CSM+B. :thud:

I think the dosing of macros and micros on alternate days stems from the possible binding of iron and PO4. I have yet to see it.

Go ahead and dose MgSO4 with macros...why not?

I dose 2 tsp of MgSO4 in my 36 Gallon every 65% weekly water change but I have 35ppm of Ca and less than 1ppm of Mg in my city water.

I wouldn't dose as much as me, however, unless you have a shortage as I do (I have some Mg deficiency symptoms). Some recommend a small amount, 1/4 tsp, with every water change along with the other macros.
