My thought exactly.
I tried veggie sushi....it was nasty. I don't like cooked fish, so I know I won't like it raw or slightly cooked....and the smell...:silly:

Good fish should never "smell" unless of course your talking about Norwegian Lutafiske.. That stuff could kill you at a thousand paces!!! But Fresh Fish, uncooked should not have what you implied in your post girliegirl
that is true. . . . i just spent about 45 mins cleaning and shelling some shrimp. no fishy smell, just a good shrimp smell.
I like sushi, but wouldn't eat it just anywhere. Also if the fish is sliced thin and I get some wasabi and soy sauce, yummo! I do like the california rolls, too.
