Do You Name Your Fish?

i had an angelicus cat named gabriel and some angel fish at the same time...hence gabriel and company.

currently: 2 black angels, leather and lace
2 corydorus aenus, albino- kirby and hoover
1 corydoras pygmaeus- the hummingbird
1 pearl angel- "the boss"- nickname for now
1 pearl angel- unnamed, waiting.

once had a corydoras julii i named cc after chester cheetah.

Can't name all of my tetras -- but my daughter (6yo) and I have named some of them...

Yellow snail -- "Amazing"
Black snail -- "Slimey"

Smallest glowlite -- "Pip" which is short for "Pip Squeak"
Fattest glowlite -- "Glowy"
Smallest Neon -- "Bo" which is short for Rainbow

3 of bronze corys -- Spazz, Herbert (as in Hoover), and Samantha (in memory of the goldfish she won this summer that started this whole thing)

I also have 4 spotted corys -- Spot, Dot, Freckles, and Speckles.

well, my larger pearlscale angel has now been renamed. the previously known, boss, is now referred to jonathon livingston seagull, or johnny for short. helikes to hover over the cories while they stir up food....reminiscent of the seagulls following the ships, and of course, the classic literature!

A few days ago, I got a small albino senegal bichir. He looks like a sausage, so he is now officially known as "The Sausage".

His previous temporary name was d**khead, but my girlfriend didn't let me call him lika that. :huh:

Convicts - Female-Blotch, Male-Bobby (also from King Of the Hill)
