We finally got a ruling on Monster Energy's motion for summary judgment and our motion to strike their expert. We won on both motions! The ruling is below. It is excellent for us. What it means is that the trial will move forward this month and Monster Energy Co. is forbidden from using any experts to testify on their behalf, which dramatically weakens their case.
