A bunch of pictures may be found here and from the description above you can guess which is female and male.
Another good article can be found here and I grabbed the following picture from there...

The male can be seen taking care of the eggs deposited on a fallen tree leaf (center of the picture). The female is digging some pits for post-hatching placement of the unmovil wrigglers.

Thank you so much. Its wierd, mine has the colors of the male, very vibrant red, but the lower back fin is not as long. Will try to get a pic of my firemouth tonite and post it. Again, thanks so much!!!!
