Does anyone keep the shells of their dead snails?

Just wondering.

I've been holding onto some of mine. The Nerites feel like they're too pretty to toss away, and the Mystery and Trapdoor shells work great as territories for my crayfish and gobies.

Some are just too pretty to let go of. But generally, not in the tanks themselves.

My crayfish decimates snail shells. It's not worth the trouble digging out the rubble.
