Does Stress Coat cause mild foaming?

Yep...stress coat can foam...OD enough and it will look like a bad sitcom episode when the washer oversudses. Done it!

To dechlor my water and my cory has a damaged fin. I thought the aloe in would be good for him. I also recently added fish and thought the stress coat would be beneficial while they settled in.
The cory's fin is pretty much healed and the new ones have settled in so I'm going to go back to my regular conditioner. When that's gone, I'm going to pick up some Prime since it seems to be highly recommended.

Okay, just curious. I use Prime and have overdosed many times and never seen the foaming issue and it doesn't make my water seem oily to the touch.
