ooooooh most deff! i annoy me when i give myself advice and me doesnt follow through or listen and i get irritated and then me doesnt understand why... so yes i annoy myself aLOT but then again i talk to myself alot, heck i give my fish advice and they just stare at me then just swim away as if im just a big dumb care taker LMAO, ah i LOVE fishkeeping and my fish!

apparently you guy's don't understand what it takes to make a tank"

I hate excessively bad grammer. I can understand some things, but at a certain point it gets really annoying.

I can't stand people that try to give information even though they have no idea what they're talking about. It's even worse when they can't even bother regurgitating some of the info given, they just throw out something that sounds "smart".

Not to say that I've never done that, but it's extremely obnoxious.
ehem.. Grammar. ;)

I believe we have covered every possible scenario now. It is official. Everyone on this forum annoys everyone else on this forum.

I disagree. I know this because I certainly cannot annoy anyone as I am absolutely perfect in every regard. And this is true because as I said before I am always correct.

Just goes to prove that forums are like a healthy marriage. The same questions constantly get asked no matter how often they are answered. Advice is generally ignored and often unwanted once the other party realizes what the advice actually is. Everyone disagrees on how things should be done on general principle. And all those involved generally annoy the hell out of each other (and often can't stand being around each other).

You may always be correct. I, on the other hand, am never wrong.

Pap annoys me :raspberry:

Perhaps, but it still ended up being a point in favor of using the search function as opposed to posting a new thread. I got no responses to the thread I posted, but was able to find my answer by searching for it. But I still think it's a waste of time and energy to let yourself get annoyed by people that are just looking for a little help, when you can just as easily just ignore the threads.

Wow. Way to rub it in. Ever heard of a little diplomacy? I already admitted I was in the wrong. Was that not good enough for you?

When the behavior of anonymous people online starts to annoy you...time to take a step back and go play in the real world for a while.

It's usually when I've been in the real world all day long and come home to check my email and replies to things at the end of the day. And if people can annoy you in person, why can't they annoy you online? Yeah, you can step away but I do value useful and helpful information and replies so those are going to be mixed in with annoying stuff that you can't help but see.

I do agree with you guys, the search engine could be better and does contribute to some repeat questions. It's not very helpful to look up a multi-worded term and get results that are just randoms hits for just one of the words you entered.

One some forums (especially programming forums) there's always some idiot to do that in every thread even after I just googled something for hours and have some complex problem to solve. Like if someone here started a thread about breeding some specific fish and someone else said "we already have threads about fish. Use search!". I could kill those people, especially since when enough idiots act like a problem is solved everyone else starts to ignore it.

Is name calling really necessary? I'd hate to see how you get around politics... And I do think those kinds of posts are valid if some one asks how to kill pest snails again and you can very easily pull up dozens of threads that are addressing the exact question that was asked. Telling some one to use the search function when it's not justified, however, isn't helpful.

I hate when someone gives you a wink in a thread ( ;)) , and when you send them a racy PM in response, they try to get you banned. Back in the day, when you winked at a fella, it meant something...

Yeah! They were asking for it!
