My four ADFs live in a bare bottom, 5 gallon tank, 15.5" high with two light plants, two hidey decorations, and a Whisper Filter, which they mysteriously like to hide in O_O this worries me.
I had to use two kinds of tap water, filtered and unfiltered, to fill up the tank. I de-chlorninated the tank with drops and though I have no water heater, I used semi-cool water, probably late-60s because my room is humid and heats up water easily, I'm sure.
My big problem is FOOD FOOD FOOD. I put in two sinking pellets today to gauge their reaction (from frog-o-sphere) and I believe they ignored them, as they did my foating freeze-dried bloodworms. I don't believe Petco or Petsmart stock frozen bloodworms, and the only online site that has them has $25 shipping! ): I tried putting the pellets on a plate, but they ignored them. Should I hand feed the FD bloodworms?
Any help, advice, etc. is very much appreciated.
