my LSF made me a deal for a 30 gal with stand, filter, heater,hydrometer,sand, salt, 3 clarkii clowns and anemone, light , and established water for 325.00 . does this sound pretty good or am i getting ripped off ?

Ya, it sounds like a good deal to me. If it is already setup and established, that is a major plus, if not, I would hold off and let it cycle with rock before putting an anemone and 3 fish in there. Even with "established water" the tank still needs to cycle.
Depending on the type of nem, i dont see any issues with stocking....What makes you say this Grins?
Because it sounds like this is a brand new tank to me and a store is trying to sell someone a tank with stock all one shot by claiming they have "established water"...and that kind of situation seems especially bad when you add a sensitive invert and 3 clowns bound to have territory issues with stress as well.
I can certainly see the issue of the tank ( stability ) and being new and when to stock it, time scale wise...but i dont see an issue with the 3 clowns, per say, as they will form thier own pecking order...

i agree with grins and damon on this one. 3 clowns in a 30g sounds like a very bad idea to me. also if the lfs is wanting to get the OP the everything right away (nem included) i am very uncomfortable with it personally.
