Well as a resturaunt manager a good hot water rinse 110-120 degees F with a nice anti bact soap for 30 secs (Say your ABC's NO SINGING!)
Just joking been training to many new folks lately. Honestly though a good rinse is all I ever do before putting my arm into the tank. I've never noticed any ill effects on my fish as a result. I tend to do water changes after I, uh, take a shower. So I'd say I've rinced pretty well LOL but I can't see why scrubbing with water for 30 secs to a minute wouldn't be enough to clean any thing harmfull off your skin.
