Dojo Loach Experiences? Information

Has anyone else had experience with these great fish? Does anyone have one at the moment? How big is it and how old is it? I have a golden one, as I may have said before..(might as well put it in my signature!). What did the experience teach you? Mine loves his planted tank over the plain decorated tank I had him in when I first got him. He is much more active in the planted one. How old do you think mine is if he is about 5 inches long (will get the exact measurement tommorow). And does anyone want to give me info about training them to be accustomed to your hand, swim through your hand, and anything else? Would love any further info! Thanks!
EDIT: Also, how do you tell the sexes?

mine are still young, and small. the largest i have is about 5 inchs.. but I have heard they can grow to 8 inchs. As for trainning.. I don't know if you would call it that but one i neamed Suggur swims up into my hand every time i place my hand in the water.. and with her little bristles she nibbles on my fingers. I think if you keep placeing your hand in the water they get use to it.. and food never hurts either ^_^
The telling their sex part.. I don't know myself I just see one acting more of a girl then anther..

I have 3 weather loaches with my goldfish and they have more personality than almost any other fish! They're each about 8"s long. I have no idea how to sex them, and i dont train them, just place food near their den.
