no matter what you try to say it's still overstocked. the issue with overstocking usually doesn't have much to do with anything you just listed, it has to do with the fish producing too much waste for your biofilter to handle, thereby killing or posioning themselves unless you really know what you're doing and test your water daily. do you even know your water params?
and the only fish you should return due to this type of overstocking are 2 of the khuli loaches, you should return the HS loach because it WILL eventually die in tropical water, it will take a while but it'll happen. the CAE WILL outgrow your tank shortly. and your cory is fine but he is probably extremely lonely and exhibits little natural behavior (and unless you have seen a shoal of cories putter around and know that he is just as active as they are, you cannot say he is expressing natural behavior)
