Dollar Per Gallon Sale @ Petco.

I wonder how soon this could be confirmed. I was going there on the 23rd, but could hold off if I knew for sure that this was happening. Maybe I could call them and ask them if they knew.
They're not going to tell you in advance of the sale because they want you to buy things now.
I can ususally tell what will be on sale by paying attention to stock that comes into my store. This week we started getting more tanks than we move in a normal week, so its seems that we are stocking for a tank sale. If this year is last last year, we'll start recieving a ton of stands at the end of next week.

well i didn't think of it that way. of course they would want me to pay more now. lol. Do sales always start on a sunday like is rumoured?
Ladies/Gentlemen, I work for PETCO (NSC), and yes this is happening. It's a flat out $1/gallon sale. 8/26 - 9/2.
I just though of something when I buy my 55G tank (since Ill have to wait anyways to get the stand) I can see if they are having a stand sale if they are then i can always take back the tank and get my money back!! Then get the stand and a free tank :idea: :idea: :idea: :idea:
