So one of my angelfish's, Angelina (cause I know yall are all concerned), is completly gone. I dunno if it is fin rot or fin loss, i just know that it was there and now it isn't. What in the world do I do?? Will it grow back? Can she live without her dorsal fin. I'm freaking out. Any advice at all would be appreciated.

In my experience fin rot usually affects the caudal fin (tail fin). Fin rot looks like a white stripe eating away at the flesh and usually is attributed to poor water quality. I would usually attest to a missing dorsal fin being attributed to some tankmates. Angelfish for some reason are picked on by lots of fin nippers. Give us your tank size, parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate readings), and tankmates to provide us with more information needed to help you.
