Driftwood and water discoloration

IME, Purigen works well on tannins. However, it makes the Purigen discolor kind of quickly. You can recharge Purigen with bleach and water, then a bunch of Prime to neutralize the bleach, but I've never done it.

yea thats what i heard, can recharge it.. so in the long run you save some $$ and enjoy a clear tank..

Just did a water change about 30% and water looks clear (for now.. wood has been in the tank for about a month now)
