well then wat kind of wood should u use? because my freind just goes in his back yard and grabs wood sokes um then puts them in his tank
I'm just tired....lol umm....if its painted that is a no-no....there is driftwood that you can pick up at pet shops or LFS'. I don't know what kind to use, but there is some driftwood catalog at most LFS' that you can browse through...
Other kinds of wood will rot. Driftwood at the LFS will have slate on the botton, and needes to be socked in water for a few days.

Great article...I had the white fuzz on my bogwood....what happens when it becomes black fuzz? the white is gone, and the java moss is ataching to the wood where it was, but some other areas have black.
