OK Well some of you read my post.

A while back they kept claiming (I mailed in a Money Order) they haven not received my order. Well, poo. I had delivery confirmation that said otherwise. Soon after that they decided to ship it out.

Now this time they pulled the same stuff. Only this time I wrote a check and sent it regular first class. They claim they havent gotten my order yet! So I check my E-statement and see that they cashed my check YESTERDAY already.

I just shot them an email saying either I will be pressing mail-fraud charges or they need to find that darn order!
 
I've never had a problem either- I always used a card though. Maybe they cash the check before they process the order to make sure it clears?
 
Well, while I hope that what ash said is true (about the order of their processing), if they did indeed cash your check while claiming not to have recieved your order - that is just not cool. I've heard lots of great things about them...hopefully this is a misunderstanding...
 
I've had nothing but good luck with them...I call my orders in.....sorry you are having these problems..
 
I've ordered from them for years and never had any trouble but I use a card. Alot of retailers wait for up to 10 days to make sure the check clears before they process the order. Perhaps the order isn't entered in the system until after the waiting period...Sorry you're having trouble!
 
What ash said isnt true. I specifically asked if they had gotten it they said they had not.

Got an email back, said something about someone writing my name down wrong (Not because of my sloppy writing, I typed the whole order!). I dont know if this is an excuse (Like before) or if they actually did mess up. If it is an excuse (I think it was) this company really stinks. If it was a mess up, they need to hire some employees that can read, lol.

I even saved a copy of my order, and yes... I wrote down everything exactly right :)
 
maybe its time you try someone else, i doubt they are the only ones that carry what you need.
 
Didn't you already make a topic about this...? You don't need to complain about it when you're obviously one of the very very few people who has any problem with them at all.
