Drs Foster Smith SUCKS!

How weird. I woudl definitely write down the names of the people you talk to when you complain each time, ask for a supervisor, etc.
 
Have you tried bigalsonline.com? I ordered from them with no problems. I just ordered from aquariumguys, but I cannot tell you how they are yet. I heard good things about them, so I am giving them a try.
 
I just received my first order from DrsF&S, evrything went great. But i paid via credit card.
SO far I give Drs. S&F two thumbs up.

yea try big als, the only thing that sucks about them is the slow shipping, but then im pretty far from them. better prices than anyone so i can wait the extra few days.
 
If you mail in your order, I don't think it matters where you shop, you're still going to get the slowest service possible. Order online or by phone and you'll probably get the best service possible.
