Looks like a bamboo shrimp! These guys are great additions to almost any tank. Just make sure they have enough food since they're filter feeders and require established tanks.

I would have guessed some kind of Neocaridina too... one of the wild-type forms perhaps.

If so then its a bamboo/wood shrimp (Atyopsis moluccensis)

If not, I agree with the others...some species of Neocardinia

its just a wild type shrimp, its hard to really identify these type shrimp. i had some that looked like it i bought as amano shrimp although i knew they werent, and i had some wild type minamis that looked like it to. its probably a wild color of cherry, ive had them in lots of different colors and they would breed with cherrys.
