I guess my feather duster didn't like where its tube was, lodged between some rock. So, it's out.

Should I do anything?

There is a tang, a flame angel, blue devil damsel and a few other fish, shrimp, algae critters, lots of live rock and soft corals in the tank.

You really cannot do anything that I am aware of. He secretes his tube so possibly he will make another. I would check your water conditions just to make sure everything is okay. Generally they do not come out of their tube and this is the first sign of a decline in health. See the other thread about Feather Dusters currently going on.
