Dwarf cichlids and Angels?

what would happen if i tried to get a pair of nice new world dwarf cichlids in a 75 gallon tank with 6 angels?

depends on the 'dwarf' it is common to see Angels with rams and apisto's.
they can also be kept with keyholes.

As long as there's some plants, rocks logs etc. to provide cover, you should be fine.

shoot for Bolivians ..they're requirements with water, temp foods is similar to angels..the exception of course is to get sinking pellets for food since the rams tend to stay on the bottom.
