He's blowing one right now in my 30 gallon hexagon aquarium. If I add a couple of females in the aquarium will they spawn?

Basically they spawn and should be handled the same way you deal with betta splendens. I suggest you research this before thinking about trying to spawn them because one tank will not be sufficient.
you'll get hundreds of fry, and they are nearly microscopic.
make sure you can take care of them before you start to spawn.
also take into consideration the fact that you need to watch the male and female intently. the male will easily kill the female at any time, especially after the spawn.
