I was gone for 4 days on vacay and when I returned, I found my dwarf gourami laying on the ground side ways. Whenever I get close to him, he moves a little bit, but he is definetaly sick. He just lays down side ways breathing. I check my water, and it tested: 0 amm, 0 nitrites, around 10 nitrate and so on. What can I do to save him?

I don't think it is swim bladder disease. IME, when a fish gets a swim bladder disease it floats to the top and has to constantly swim to stay down. I could be wrong though. Do you see any visible blemishes on his body anywhere? How do the gills look? Any damage to the fins?
a fish with swim bladder disease usually exibits floating to the top and trying to swim back down. at least from what i've read and seen.
although not in your sig, do you have a krib in the 20G? if the fins are torn, the gourami may have been roughed up by the krib. kribs are usually non-agressive but 20G is too small for a krib, especially if it has to share it with other inhabitants. recommended min for a krib is 30G (or should be) as it would appreciate a more spacious abode.

BTW, with that Krib in there you have an awful lot of mid-surface dwellers. It may be acting with aggression because there are too many fish for the space you have.
