It is hard to diagnose without any symtoms or adverse conditions. It could be they were weakend by some type of stress and are now showing the effects. It good be just a bad bunch of fish from the LFS.
I don't have a clue, but they have got to eat. Try offering them sommething more tempting like frozen brine shrimp. I know that is only treating a sympton,l but I don't know what else to tell you.
