Dwarf Lilly Bulbs?

I thought I would try these dwarf Lilly Hybrid Ulvaceus bulbs. The package says just drop in tank the roots will eventualy anchor themselves. My question is right now they are floating will they ever sink? Anything else I need to know? I know nothing about plants thought I would try this and see how it goes.

if it floats, it won't sprout

they have a warranty on them... if they don't sprout, you can send them back and get more for free. Not sure if it's worth paying shipping when a new pack is so cheap.

I have some dwarf lilly in my 5 gallon now... doesn't seem to be growing much even though the nitrates are kinda high and it's 2 watts per gallon.
