dwarf Mexican lobster question

hi guys,
new here and have a question about my Mexican lobsters.
one of my females entered a plastic pipe i putted inside to give them places to hide while molting.
i found here lying on her back and not moving.
this has been going on since yesterday.
i cant really see inside the tube, but she`s not moving.
do u know how long does it take them to molt?
should i try to get her out of there?
do u think she is dead?
did anyone came across a mex. lobster dying during a molt?

I don't have that species of Cray, but my crayfish will stay in her tube for about 3 days when she molts. She's never upside down but does lay on her side quite often. If you're concerned about yours being dead, maybe you could move the tube a little and see if she does anything. If she is alive and you're gentle about moving the tube, things should be ok.
