WTB Dwarf Puffer - Vienna, WV - shipping or pickup

I'm looking to get a dwarf puffer for one of my tanks and he will be the only inhabitant. I've been looking at the local fish stores in the area and have only found green spotted puffers. I'd like to have the fish within the next two weeks since I'm leaving for college and he would be coming with me.

too much on liveaquaria - you have to have a minimum order which would be 5 puffs + ship = almost 70 bones.

i didn't know ebay sold them.

aquadbid has them in lots of 6 i think, but express ship also.
