Easy CO2 Maintenance for 10G Planted Tank

I just went to ahsupply.com and i have 2 options: 2x13W or 1x36. It looks like they both fit the hoods they have. It comes down to 2.6W/G or 3.6 W/G. Which would you all suggest? Also what temp do i want to go for, 5000K or 6400K?

Go for the 2X13w..one bulb at 5000k, the other bulb at 6400K. I also recommend dosing with regular Flourish, along with the Excel.

If maintenance is going to be a problem, don't go above the 2 x 13 setup. It will give you all the light you need and relatively low maintenance. The Excel will work fine under those conditions along with Flourish(NOT FLOURISH 'TRACE').
I have a pair of Black Mollies in my 10gal. hospital tank and they do a great job on most algae.
Changing 3 - 4 gallons a week will make for a happier environment for your fish and plants.
