HLLE is short for Head and Lateral Line Erosion..Its a disease that disfigures fish and causes ulcerations of the main lateral line of a fish ( down the length of the fish's body )...Usually starts of around the head and eye area's of the fish, when it gets advanced, it erodes the coverings over the gills and fins...

Not 100% on the treatment, but i would suggest putting in a hospital tank, raise temp up, keep water very very clean and feed plenty of vitamins..Hope fully someone else like FIshieness will chime in as he has bags of experience...
