Easy to keep snail or shrimp with mollies?

bc i think one of the fish may have ich... why else would you add aquarium salt??

and no, i didn't say marine salt, i said aquarium salt

simple question simple yes or no answer... can snails be in a tank with aquarium salt?
You never mentioned your reason to add aquarium salt hence people thought you are adding aquarium salt for "health benefits", etc. Why don't you just separate the snails when you are treating? I'd dissolve the salt first though if you insist keeping the snails there while on treatment.

i have mollies with my cherries and snails. I don't see any harm being done to either. They poke at a shrimp once in a while if they can even see it (stupid fish) but it jets away way too quickly. Should i worry about them getting eaten?

I don't have any place to put them unless I put them in a bucket. if they go in the big tank IDK if i will ever seen them again
Put them in the bucket with a sponge filter.

If your tank is heavily planted, no.

What about using brackish snails?

what kind of snails are brackish? and yes my tank has a nice amount of java moss that these shrimp cant get enough of. I got a bunch of new babies and they went into a breeder trap just in case. My bright red fat cherry shrimp hanggs out on my filter intake(covered of course) and the fish dont even try to touch her!

Brackish snail can go in fresh or salt and in-between
