easy way to take off mirror painted on background

This is wild. Now I'm under the impression that the mirror is somehow bonded to the glass.

From the front of the glass - is the mirror absolutely perfect? If it is then maybe it was bonded, like factory auto glass is. If it looks imperfect, then someone may have used mirror window tint. If that is the case maybe water and soap may do the trick. I think window tint supply shops even have tint remover. I'm reaching for straws here.

I think you may be onto something with the bonding. yes it looks perfect for the most part. when i use a razor blade it will remove some but then start to like smudge it turning it black, but still a perfect mirror on the other side. thanks every one for you help. the wife has now said don't worry about. but i know i'll hear about later.
