Eco Complete questions

Hello everyone I'm setting up a 180 gal planted tank that's 6x2x2 and was curious how much Eco Complete I will need for low to medium light plants no CO2? I have 100lbs right now but don't think that will be enough. What do you all recommend?

I used 4 20 pound bags for my 55 gallon, so that's 80 pounds. I sort of wish I would've used at least 1 more.

72 x 24, is a 1776 sq. inch footprint.
My 29 has 360 sq. inches, and I've been very happy with my two bags.

You've got about 5x the footprint, so you'd need 10 bags, or 200 lbs. A couple bags beyond that wouldn't hurt, as Cobfreak mentioned. It depends if you want to do much grading.

you dont have to use all eco complete. save yourself some money and put something down for the bottom layer about 3/4 to 1 in in depth then put like 2 inches of eco complete over it. Save yourself some money for the plants
