That is a sweet video! I had a Snowflake Moray Eel as well once. I thought that they look almost goofy trying to find a live fish since it must be pretty darn blind. Or at least mine was anyways. I have some vids of mine eating krill as well. I know its not nearly as exciting, but here is the links if you want to check them out:

It is really short and not the video I thought I had posted but oh well.
I just wanted to point out though that feeding SW fish and eels FW live foods is not always the best. I am sure you may have heard about the problems with sick or ill fish spreading the problems to the fish that eat them. The real reason I bring this up is because I found out that the more colorful the feeder fish it, the worse it can be for a SW fish. Something to do with liver problems and breaking down what ever it is that makes the color in goldfish, for example.
FW fish are also full on 'empty calories' as far as SW fish are concerned. I had a lionfish that would eat all the time but still seem like it wasn't growing at all, even though I didnt have him too long really. The LFS told me that it probrably wasnt getting the nutrition it should be and so I switched over to feeding ghost shrimp. They were great because they will eat anything usually and so I would 'gut pack' them with saltwater flake foods. They also can last a REALLY long time in saltwater. It was great watching my fish and eel stalk them. They are too hard to see though in my mind and so I never really knew when to put more in the tank or not. Some of them lasted a few days in saltwater even.
Otherwise there is a very similar marine shrimp called 'white shrimp' that is available. They are perfect as far as a live food goes and this online store says that they are guarenteed to be disease and parasite free by the USDA:

So, sorry if you knew all of this before, Im not trying to assault your inteligence or anything. I just brought it up in case you are like I was and totally unaware of the problems live FW fish can bring to SW fish. I always thought that a feeder fish was a feeder fish for every occasion.
