eggs already

only had these about 2 weeks. had 3 for 2 weeks then added another 2, 1 week ago.
my assassins have been busy and i can count 7 eggs from them already :headbang2:

any way to the Q, how long does it take for these to hatch?

p.s my camera shots didnt turn out any good, but will keep trying

I'm new to "Assassins" myself and still learning about them. How are those eggs coming along?

It takes about a month for the egg to hatch it seems and the young are VERY small. I am sure there are young in my tank, but they are in the fluorite substrate (I think) Congrats on the eggs and soon they will be laying them everywhere.

I have noticed as well that the young seem to hide out mostly in the substrate. I have no idea how many I have now, but noticed there are more than i started with. Good luck with them! THey are really neat.

hi guys, cheers. some of the eggs have hatched as i have managed to see 2 babies and had them under a microscope, so yey!!!!! some of the eggs have been eaten probably by my bn;s. there are a few more assassin eggs hiding out of the way so there may be more
