what lays red eggs on glass? if i had to guess, they probably belong to an invert. just really tiny little things in seperate bundles along the glass

do you happen to have clownfish? 2 of them? sounds like somthing they would do..

Attached a pic of what clown fish eggs commonly look like..Does it look anything similar?

i have 2 clownfish, but they are in my display tank. the eggs are growing in my refugium. they look too small to be clown eggs anyway

Not clown fish eggs then...they will always be where the fish are, and the male guarding them...

Any chance you could take a picture and post it here?

I was going to say Gobies...dont ask me why, since they have plenty of coral, but they are constantly laying eggs on the glass...but not red, they look like little squid rings...
