So how are our favorite fry doing these days Noodle?
My aeneus keep laying infertile eggs, I think I have 2 males & 3 females, both on the filter return glass & a more sheltered place. Whatever...it's just for fun.
Ive tried everything so far with the weitzmani eggs and no good. Im giving the parents a break back in the community tank. Maybe next time I will try RO water. I have soft water, but perhaps super soft would give me better results with the fry.
My paleatus have spawned this week though and my aeneus have spawned another massive spawn today too.
Plus got the 16 older aeneus babies and a young pygmy fry too.

The fry/egg nursery for the younger ones. Any that hatch are put into the mesh. Keeps the fry food contained for them. Airstone is attached through a hole in the container lid, so its not in the photo since it's open.
