Electric Yellows w/German Blue Rams?

i'd agree that a 29 is too small for African Mbuna. first, these are rock dwellers ... you need to install aLOT of rocks throughout the tank. this will displace alot of water such that while the tank can hold 29 gallons, you'll end up with only 19 or even less. additionally, these fish need to be kept in groups of one male with at least 3 and preferably more females. that coupled with the fact that most Mbuna grow to around 5 inches dictates that a group of these fish need a minimum of 55 gallons.
